HazelGADD (NEE SMITH)Peacefully on Wednesday 5th February 2025 at Alltymynydd Nursing Home near Llanybydder West Wales, Hazel a retired teacher formerly of Welwyn Garden City entered into rest aged 87 years; beloved mother of Martin and Rupert; dear mother-in-law of the late Susan, cherished grandmother of Sarah, loved and respected by all family and friends.

Public Funeral Service at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narberth, Pembrokeshire on
Saturday 1st March 2025 at 1.00p.m.

Family floral tribute only, donations may be given if so desired to benefit ‘The Samaritans’ c/o
